Description

Earlier 19th century. 2-storey, 4-bay tenement with pend, shop at ground. Sandstone rubble; stugged, squared and coursed to S elevation. Base course, architraves to windows.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: tripartite shop off-centre right, fanlit door to centre flanked by large shop windows. Pend to outer right with boarded door with multi-pane fanlight. Window to outer left. Regular fenestration at 1st floor. Rounded angle to left swept to eaves.

N (REAR) ELEVATION: 3 bays with projecting stair tower to centre.

Plate glass to windows at ground floor, 4-pane sash and case to 1st floor. Grey slate roof, ashlar coped skews, beak skewputts. Rendered stacks to gables, reduced to left gable.
