Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house. Cream sandstone rubble. Raised painted margins.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: central door flanked by windows. Regular fenestration under eaves above.

W (SIDE) ELEVATION: window to right at 1st floor.

4-pane sash and case windows. Grey slate roof, ashlar coped skews, sandstone stacks to gables.

Statement of Interest

Situated at the corner of West Port and Philip Avenue. 26 West Port closes a terrace in which the properties to E have been altered to serve as a public house.
