Description

Late 19th century. Library with Scots baronial ornament,
to harmonise with town hall. 2 storeys. Bull-faced red
ashlar with polished dressings. 2 crow-stepped gables and
conical-roofed bartisan, large mullioned and transomed 1st
floor window to left, below the larger gable; round arched
doorway to right, corbel table above. Slate roofs.
