Late 18th century. 2 storeys, with shops and hotel entrance
at ground, 4 bays at (painted render) 1st floor, part of
Blue Bell Hotel adjoining; 1st floor windows sashes with
6-pane glazing pattern and with modern iron balconies.
Central axial stack; roofed with graded slates.
