Description

1790-1800. 2-storey and attic, S facing 3-bay house. Harled,
tooled ashlar margins. Centre entrance with panelled door;
pair later canted wallhead dormers at front and rear; 2-pane
modern glazing. Deep eaves band; flat skews with run-off
skewputts. Coped end panelled stacks with narrow pulvinated
string course below cope; slate roof.
Single storey rear wing; late flat roof garage at E gable.
GARDEN WALLS: coped rubble garden walls enclose house.
GATEPIERS: pair tall square tooled ashlar gatepiers with ball
finialled caps.

Statement of Interest

Deeds of property said to date from late 18th century.

However, the house does not appear on 1784 feuing map of

Lossiemouth.
