Description

Built 1862. Big marine double villa, now 6 houses,
decorative window treatment and French roofs; renovated
1988-9; 2 storeys with attic; symmetrical; 3 window bays,
windows all of several lights (plate glass sashes), bowed
in outer bays, dormers both with hell-cast roofs rebuilt
1988-9, centre attic window also rebuilt then (not to
original design); arched window heads, round-arched above
ground. Ashlar; columned jambs and mullions; decorative
cast-iron balconies at 1st floor; bracketted eaves; original
iron cresting also now removed; slate roofs. No doors on
main front; boundary wall also ashlar. Good interior
plasterwork.
