Description

Late 19th century pair of 2-storey and attic handed houses
forming 6-bay symmetrical front. Cherry-cocked whinstone with
pointed ashlar, moulded dressings and long and short quoins.
Each house with central door under gable head; inner bays
slightly advanced and gabled; outer gabled bays advanced with
canted window at ground and tripartite above. Small attic
lights. Finials to gables. Slated roofs. 3 pairs pyramidal
gatepiers.

Statement of Interest

Hartfell Crescent described as a "recent extension" in 1900.
