Circa 1800. 3-storey and attic, 4-bay tenement in irregular terrace with shop at ground, lined render to front, harled to rear, raised margins.
E (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: pend to left at ground, panel with number above opening, wrought-iron gate, shop to right, central door, flanking plate glass windows, regular fenestration at 1st and 2nd floors, 2 canted, piended dormers above.
S ELEVATION: adjoining 24 High Street.
N ELEVATION: adjoining 16/18 High Street.
W ELEVATION: forestair to left leading to entrance door at 1st floor, section extending W much altered, window at 3rd floor above, bay to right with pend at ground, doorway to left and right in pend, tall multi-pane window at 1st and 2nd floors above.
Timber sash and case windows at 1st and 2nd floors and to dormers, grey and brown slates to E roof pitch, brown machine tiles to W; tall and broad brick stacks on party walls to N and S; cast-iron rainwater goods.
INTERIOR: not seen 1997.
