Description

Earlier 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay house in irregular terrace. Painted render, contrasting margins.

S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: timber clad, gabled projection at ground and 1st floors to centre, doorway at ground, window above, finial. Bays flanking with window at ground and 1st floors, canted dormer to left. 12-step stone flight to right with further timber steps leading to 1st floor entrance in projection.

W ELEVATION: adjoining 28 - 33 Wharf Street.

E ELEVATION: adjoining 36/37 Wharf Street.

N ELEVATION: modern attic addition.

4- and 8-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate pitched roof.

BOUNDARY WALLS: low, coped boundary wall to front with steel gate and railings.
