Description

Early 19th century, 2 storey L-plan corner block. 3 windows
both floors Pinkie Road. Pedimental gable to Grove Street,
containing central blind window. 2 balanced windows below,
ground and 1st floors (1 blind) and 1 small window inserted
between, both floors. 1st floor window beyond gable and
above doorway. Slate roof. Sandstone rubble with raised
windows and door and angle margins. End stacks rendered.

Statement of Interest

Formerly joined to 3 and 4 Grove Street by house on

present gap site.
