Description

Circa 1830, 2-storey villa, with front garden area, attached to No 14. Ashlar. Symmetrical 3 windows wide with slightly advanced centre bay. Cornice, string and blocking courses continue from No 14, in and out quoins. Recessed doorpiece with delicate side panels. 6-pane sash windows. Piended slate roof.

Corniced end stacks. Return elevation rubble. Garden

wall formerly topped by railings. Piended slate roofs,

corniced stacks.
