Description

1916, Robert Lorimer, 2 storey circular turret
tenuously attached to corner of works with battered
base in re-entrant angle. Red snecked rubble with
ogee slate roof and weather vane. Blank ground floor except
for small iron hatch door, 1st floor corbelled out with
6 small architraved slit windows immediately below eaves.
Adjoining 3 bay frontage has 1 door and 2 high level 3 light
windows, all segmental arched with projecting keyblocks. Red
squared rubble with ashlar dressings, coping above
eaves gutters, stepped between bays; skewed slate roof.
