Early 19th century, 2-storey, 3-bay shop and house, squared granite with whinstone pinnings. Polished raised granite margins. Shopfront at ground left with large plate glass windows flanking door. House entrance to right, door with fanlight. To 1st, single light windows, sash and case with plate glass glazing. Moulded eaves cornice. Slate roofs, coped end stack. Canted, piend-roofed dormer to rear. Rolled skewputt to right. Sandstone ridge.
