Description

R S Lorimer, 1904. Random rubble with ashlar dressings, single storey cottage. M-roofed gable to W; projecting porch to left with lean-to pentice roof buttress in re-entrant angle; knobbly tree trunk column to porch with mock-branch beams in half-gable head above and honeycomb leaded glazing pattern to windows. Projecting flat-roofed addition under right gable. Crenellated block recessed to left with partly filled window at ground and tourelle to NE corner. Red plain tiles. Timber barge boarding. Small stack.

INTERIOR: timber panelling.

Lych-gate: Timber piers bearing piend-roofed porch with coped rubble wall to E and W; sited to W of studio.
