Description

R S Lorimer, 1904. 2-storey cottage with inverted boat-shaped, plain red tile roof on 3 plains and swept low eaves at N and S. Random sandstone rubble; ashlar dressings. Harled to S.

E ELEVATION: ground floor window at centre with 1st floor bipartite in masonry projection clasped by tile-hung half-gables.

W ELEVATION: incorporating boundary wall; gable mirroring E elevation.

S ELEVATION: French window at centre. High railings to S with gate and decorative wrought iron panel at SW.
