Description

Earlier 19th century. 2-storey row of houses. Harled with painted door and window surrounds.

S FRONT: door at centre with strip fanlight and blind window above. Bipartites at ground with single lights above in flanking bays. End bays each with door and window to left, bipartite at S, with 1st floor windows above. Chamfered angle at ground floor to E.

E GABLE: small, low 6-pane window at ground floor to E. 2 bipartites at ground floor with single lights above.

Plate glass sash windows. Pantiled piended roof with clay ridge tiles. Harled roof stack.

W gable mutual, and continuous material treatment, with 1 Melbourne Place.
