Description

Later 19th century. Simple under-trussed wrought-iron girder bridge on 4 cast-iron piers with wrought-iron railings.

Statement of Interest

The bridge's simplicity suggests that it was probably designed by a smith. It was apparently built by the railway company to encourage people across the Cuddy Burn to the Station.
