Description

Early 19th century; late 19th century shop at ground. 2-storey and attic 3-bay terraced house, with further block to rear. Coursed stugged cream ashlar sandstone with polished dressings. 4 bays at ground, painted polished ashlar; base course and cornice; basket-arched roll-moulded openings. 3-bay shop to left with central 2-leaf door flanked by plate glass shop windows; door with 6-pane fanlight to right (giving access to pend). At 1st floor, quoin strips, cornice and blocking course; 3 windows. Attic with later pair of small segmental-headed leaded dormers interrupting blocking course.

12-pane timber sash and case windows (4-pane to dormers). Grey slates; ashlar coped-skews; coped ashlar apex stacks.

INTERIOR: not seen 1994.
