Description

Various building campaigns; gravestones from later 17th century.

19th century rubble wall with saddleback ashlar coping and regular panelled piers; decorative spearhead wrought-iron railings. Square ashlar gatepiers with shallow pyramidal caps at lodge; gates to suit.

20th century wall of coursed bull-faced sandstone with saddleback ashlar coping; square coped ashlar gatepiers; wrought-iron railings and gates.

Many early gravestones, and table gravestones. Enclosures for Ballantyne family and Thorburns of Craigerne.
