Dated 1907. Edwardian Renaissance. 3-storey red sandstone
block, 8-window (3 bays) front; rusticated ground floor with
wide arched windows; corner bay featured with Doric columned
arched and key-blocked doorpiece: central pedimented and
architraved doorway to Kinnoul Street, 8-window (3 bays)
front.
