Description

Dated 1884. 2-storey, 2-bay corner block with return gable to Church Street and single storey, 3-bay hall range fronting Institute Street. Harled, contrasting painted concrete dressings. Doorway with letterbox fanlight, flanking window and pair of 1st floor windows and apex

datestone to Institute Street; return gable to Church Street with paired ground floor windows and small 1st floor bipartite; long and short detailing to windows, door and corners. 4-pane timber sash and case glazing. Piended slate roof to 2-storey block; sated roof to hall; coped concrete end stacks.
