Description

Late 19th century; later alterations. Single storey, basement and attic, 3-bay dwelling house. Painted render; painted raised margins.

S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: central door; fanlight; railed fly-over steps; flanking windows. Door; flanking windows at basement; steps down to E. 2 large canted dormer windows in attic.

W ELEVATION: window in left bay at upper floor.

N ELEVATION: regular fenestration; platform dormer window in attic; modern conservatory to ground.

E ELEVATION: windows in right bay of both floors.

Mainly 12-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; straight skews; coped stacks at gableheads.

INTERIOR: not seen 2000.
