Description

Dated 1858. 2-storey, 4-bay W facing dwelling with further
angled bay at NW. Tooled sandstone ashlar frontage and angle
bay, random granite rubble flanks. Paired centre ground floor
doorways, that to right blocked and now a window; 3 1st floor
windows; single ground and 1st floor window in angle bay.
12-pane glazing. Coped end stacks; slate roof.

Statement of Interest

Dated and initialled skewputt at SW angle, JD 1858, now

masked by repairs. Upper storey of building used as Masonic

Hall, 1871-1904. Renovated and adapted as flatted dwellings

1982-3.
