Earlier 19th century. 2 storeys, 3 bay south elevation.
Lined render. Central pilastered door with flanking, modern
shop fronts 3 windows to 1st floor. Cornice, blocking
course and wall-head stack. Slate roof.
4 bays to Hamilton Street, pilastered doorpiece to left.
1 blocked window in 1st. 2 later piended canted dormers.
2 wallhead stacks on return elevation to Kirkgate.
