Mid Victorian. 2-storey symmetrical rubble-built with raised
margins and quoins semi-detached. each 1-window, 1 canted bay
and consoled doorpiece, reversed plans. Stop-chamfered
openings; bracketted eaves course, slated hipped roof.
Flanking single-storey wings each 1-window (bipartite) 1
door, slated roofs.
Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. This area is
an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with
remarkably few later additions.
