Mid Victorian. 2-storey symmetrical, rubble-built villa.
Similar to above, but with jerkin-head treatment of dormer
heads and trapezoid headed windows at 1st floor.

Statement of Interest

Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. This area is

an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with

remarkably few later additions.
