Early 19th century. 3-storey and attic, 3-bay terraced tenement. Ashlar with painted render at ground. Base course, eaves band, projecting cills.
N (BAKER STREET) ELEVATION: 5 bays at ground, grouped 3-2, with double pilasters at end and dividing shops, single pilasters dividing bays. To left, shop door flanked by 2 19th century shop windows. To right, shop door with 19th century shop window to right . Regular fenestration above, 2 canted slate hung dormers to outer bays, small Velux rooflight.
Plate glass casement windows at 1st floor with fixed 6-pane glazing at top, timber sash and case with 12-pane glazing at 2nd floor. Grey slates. Dormers have timber sash and case with 16-pane glazing, 6-pane side-lights. Stack in W gable.
Masonry form continuous with neighbour Nos 31-35 Baker Street. B Group with Nos 4 and 6, 8, 10 and 12, 14, 18, 24 and 26, 28 and 30, 9 and 11, 13 and 15, 27 and 29, 31,33 and 35, 49 and 51 Baker Street. Good later shopfront design and contribution to burgh streetscape.
