Description

Early 19th century. 3-storey, 3-bay, terraced tenement with ground floor altered as public house and pend. Polished ashlar front with out of character modern brick facing at ground. Base course, projecting cills, eaves band.

S (BAKER STREET) ELEVATION: 3 bays at ground with pend, Door flanked by 2 windows with modern multi-paned glazing. Regular fenestration above.

Timber sash and case windows with 12-pane glazing. Grey slates. Stack in E gable.

Statement of Interest

B Group with Nos 4 and 6, 8, 10 and 12, 18, 24 and 26, 28 and 30, 9 and 11, 13 and 15, 27 and 29, 31, 33 and 35, 37 and 39, 49 and 51 Baker Street. Out-of-character ground floor but good traditional form above contributing to wider streetscape.
