Description

Mid Victorian. Late classical - Italianate asymmetrical semi-detached; 2-storey rubble-built, each has 3-storey entrance tower, that to Royal Gardens plain, that to Dumbarton Road with small arched windows at 2nd floor and modillioned eaves course, both with pyramid roofs and coupled pilastered doorpieces of Alexander Thomson derivation; 1 canted bay through both floors to Dumbarton Road, 2 canted and 1 square bays to Royal Gardens. Single-storey and attic wing to Dumbarton Road. Piended, slated roofs.
