Edwardian Renaissance 2-storey symmetrical semi-detached,
snecked rubble, each 2-storey canted bay, and Gibbsian
doorpiece with single window over: reversed plans. Single
storey side-wings with built-up screen walls, piended slated
roofs.

an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with
remarkably few later additions.
