Description

1860. Small Italianate tower 2-storey rubble-built square
lower stage with cornice, splay-angled upper stage,
architraved bipartite window with key-block each face,
shouldered openings, panelled splayed faces: bracketted eaves
course, low-pitched slated pyramid roof with ball and spike
finial.

Statement of Interest

Former Lodge house.

Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is

an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with

remarkably few later additions.
