Description

Mid 19th century. Single-storey and attic coursed rubble
2-window with central slightly advanced gabled entrance bay,
with cavetto splayed doorpiece and small gothic window over,
all ground floor openings plain architraved with block
pediments; broad-eaved roofs with barge boarding: 2 modern
dormers. Right-hand 2-storey wing added later, snecked
rubble, with gable to street, 1 bipartite at ground floor,
1 tripartite over. Slated roofs.

Statement of Interest

Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is

an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with

remarkably few later additions.
