Description

Francis and William Mackison dated 1863. 2-storey coursed
rubble detached villa, central gabled dormer head flanked by
gablets at outer bays all elaborately bargeboarded; ground
floor canted bay with patterned slating and platformed roof
to left, bipartite to right, centre architraved doorpiece
with linked hood-moulding, slated roof. Flanking screen
walls.

Statement of Interest

Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is

an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with

remarkably few later additions.
