Description

Early Victorian. 2-storey and basement symmetrical
semi-detached coursed rubble villa. Pair of elaborate
cavetto-splayed arched doorpieces with sculptured spandrels
springing from consoles, 2 architraved windows above, between
plain end canted bays through all floors. Piended slated
roof. Flanking single storey 1 - window wings.

Statement of Interest

Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is

an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with

remarkably few later additions.
