Description

Mid Victorian. similar scheme to above, symmetrical coursed
rubble pair each 1-window between outer canted bay and inner
bipartite rectangular bay, centre segment headed consoled
doorpiece with dummy balcony feature, over stop chamfered
openings, reversed plans. Single-storey and attic wing on W
gable with attractive conservatory feature having
fan-traceried gable front. Piended slated roofs.

Statement of Interest

Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is

an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with

remarkably few later additions.
