Description

Late 19th century asymmetrical 2-storey 3-bay villa set in garden behind iron-railed boundary wall. Rubble-built, ashlar-rendered dressings and detailing; plate glass sash windows, deep-eaved slate roofs with timber bracketing and barge boards. Advanced gable right, 2-storey canted window curved outward to square with roof centre carried over and finialed; mullioned windows in left bay, projecting at left, slated canopy over is linked to gabled bay to form centre open porch. Boundary wall has square piers and is topped by decorative cast-iron railings; modern gates.
