Description

Late 19th century 2-storey 3-bay villa with iron-railed boundary wall. L-plan front, with distinctive detailing. Rubble, with painted (mostly concrete) detailing; slate roof; sash windows, plate glass except 4-paned 1st floor centre light. Shallow advanced left, windows in 2-storey projecting bay, roof carried over and jerkined, with arched timber framing and tall iron finial; smaller jerkined heads over remaining first floor windows, canted ground floor window right, iron-crested and arched open centre porch in re-entrant angle. End stacks. Low boundary walls topped by spiked cast-iron railings, decorative cast-iron gate.
