Description

Mid 19th century, 2 storey, 3 bay house return gable to
Lamington Street with with 1 blocked ground and 1 1st floor
window. Rubble painted margins. Centre door; later bargeboards
to 3 gabletted dormers raised through eaves. End stacks;
slate roof.

Statement of Interest

Site of Nos 1 and 3 feued by Mrs James Riach; 1827 "map of

Newtown of Tain; Donald Macleod, Esq of Geannies".
