Description

Late 18th-early 19th century, pair 2-storey, 3-bay houses,
each with centre door. Rendered, painted tooled ashlar
margins. Taller ground floor windows; ridge and end stacks;
artificial slate roof.
No 43; 3 symmetrical 1st floor windows in rear; 12-pane
glazing.
No 45; 4-pane glazing. Single storey, 3-bay extension to
west gable. Low front coped rubble retaining walls with later
19th century cast-iron spearhead railings. Pair tooled ashlar
later 19th century octagonal gate piers with octagonal caps;
similar end piers. High flanking rubble garden walls.
