Description

Later 18th century, 2-storey, asymmetrical 4-bay house. Harled walling, raised painted angle and window margins. Steps to off-centre left margined doorpiece with moulded cornice.

Modern door with fanlight. To left 1 window, to right 2, to 1st 4 windows. All windows single light, those to ground of slightly wider dimensions, possibly later enlargements. All sash and case with plate glass glazing. Painted raised basecourse. To righ, sandstone skews, hefty coped stack, thackstane, modern slate roofs, 2 small skylights. 2-storey projection to rear.

To front of house, low harled and coped retaining wall with modern iron railings. Granite steps to house have good cast-iron balustrade.
