Description

Circa 1840. 2-storey, 2-bay, square-plan, corner-terrace house. Piended roof. Coursed Caithness stone slabs. Regular fenestration.

SW (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: door to right, letterbox fanlight.

NW (MALCOLM STREET) ELEVATION: 2-bay; blocked door to right.

Double-glazed windows. Grey slates, lead flashing. Coped gable stacks, cast-iron rainwater goods.

INTERIORS: not seen 2001.

The Group listing is in recognition of the exceptional group value of these buildings as the core of Thomas Telford's 1809 scheme for the new town plan of Pulteneytown for the British Fisheries Society.
