Description

Early 19th century, single storey cottage, with attic and basement formerly subdivided into 2 cottages. Rubble with squared granite dressings. Elegant flight of steps with iron balustrade over basement to modern door; basement door to right. Single light windows sash and case with plate glass glazing; 12-pane to basement windows. Square bipartite dormers with plate glass sashes. Graded slate roof. Central coped stack and rusticated stack to right with octagonal cans. Central door to basement at rear; rubberoid roof.
