Description

Late 18th century. House with shopfront to ground, in poor condition 2-storey, 3-bay elevation to North Main Street. Gable end to New Road and 2-bay gabled wing. Roughcast walling, raised angle and window margins. Deeply recessed doorway flanked by enlarged shop windows, upper part with coloured leaded glass. 3 1st floor windows, all sash and case with plate glass glazing, some boarded. Steeply pitched slate roof with flat skews, skewputts to left. Coped end stacks, that to right with octagonal cans. Return elevation to New Road irregular 2-bay with windows detailed as above. Ionic columned pedimented porch.
