Description

Earlier 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house currently with shop at ground, in terraced group. Painted rubble and ashlar dressings. Door at centre (modern) flanked by plate glass shop windows in original opening; Secondary door to outer left. 3 plate glass, sash and case windows at 1st floor. Regrettable large cedar-lined dormer. Red sandstone mutual gable stacks. Tiled roof to rear wing.

Listed despite dormer for reverisble nature of this addition and for contribution ofmain house in context of terraced street line.
