Description

Mid 19th century. 2-storey house with former shop at ground in terraced street. Whinstone rubble with ashlar dressings and lintel course. Main door at centre to bank, flanked by large shop windows; further pend, door to outer right. 3 windows at 1st floor. Gable to left overstepping lower neighbour. Plate glass glazing pattern in sash and case windows. Ashlar coped mutual skew to right with stack. Graduated grey slates. Regrettable modern dormers. Single storey piend-roofed extension to rear.
