Description

Circa 1850. 2-storey, 3-bay symmetrical house. Smooth rendered walling, raised base course and band over ground. Central consoled corniced architraved doorpiece, double-leaf panelled door with fanlight. Tripartite windows to outer bays (narrow sidelights) centre 1st floor window single light. Grilles to cellar windows. All windows sash and case with multi-pane windows. All windows sash and case with multi-pane glazing. Eaves cornice, blocking course with decorative cast-iron coping. End skews, corniced end stacks with octoagonal cans. Good graded slate roofs. Regrettable canted dormer at rear.
