Description

Later 19th century with later alterations and additions. 2-storey, 2-bay terraced house. Harl-pointed stugged squared sandstone with stugged ashlar dressings.

N (NORTH STREET) ELEVATION: door in bay to left, with 3-pane rectangular fanlight above with window to left; window at 1st floor above, breaking eaves and gabled. Window in bay to right at ground and 1st floor, breaking eaves and gabled.

S ELEVATION: window to centre; later brick lean-to to left.

12-pane and plate glass timber sash and case windows. Slate roof with brick stack.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1995.
