Later 19th century with later additions and alterations. Single storey with attic 3-bay house positioned at E end of terrace sited on ground falling to E. Rubble with cement-rendered margins.

N (SOUTH STREET) ELEVATION: 3-bay group to outer left blank except window at ground in bay to right.

S ELEVATION: modern panelled door to centre; window to each flanking bays. Dormer in bay to right breaking eaves.

Plate glass uPVC sash and case windows. Modern skylights in bay to left. Slate roof; brick stack and scroll skewputts to gable to E.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1995.

Statement of Interest

Part of continuous terrace comprising Eden House, Eden Cottage and Edenside (see separate lists). Single storey monopitch shed to SE of Newhaven Cottage with pantile roof is of historical interest.
