Description

Mid to later 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay cottage villa. Painted stucco with painted margins and dressings; base course, channelled quoins.

E (MAIN) ELEVATION: gabled bay advanced at centre, bipartite basket- arched window, round-headed window in gable above. Castellated porch in re-entrant angle, corner columns. Bipartite basket-arched window to outer bays at ground, gabled round-headed dormers.

Plate glass timber sash and case windows at ground, 4-pane timber sash and case windows at 1st floor. Grey tiled roof, lead flashings, low coped ridge stacks.

BOUNDARY WALL AND GATEPIERS: painted ashlar gatepiers with stop- chamfered arrises, corniced castellated caps. Low boundary wall with ashlar slab coping.
