1893 with modern alterations and additions. 2-storey, 3-bay, gabled rectangular-plan Arts and Crafts villa. Painted rendered ground floor, red tile-hung upper floor. Mock half-timbered bracketted gables; tile-hung upper floor, painted render to ground floor.
MAIN ELEVATION: 3 bays grouped to centre; modern additions at ground. Lean-to projection at centre ground, square bipartite dormer above; flanking narrow gabled bays, tripartite entance at ground to right, modern canopy, tripartite window above; modern flat-roofed addition at ground outer right. Bay to left with modern window at ground, tripartite window at 1st floor.
SIDE ELEVATION: broad gable, canted window at centre, flanking narrow windows. Half-timbered attic in gable, shallow curved oriels at upper stage; half-timbered gablehead.
SIDE ELEVATION: broad gable to outer left, blocked pilastered and corniced door at ground left, bipartite window to right; 2 shallow oriels at upper stage; jettied gablehead. Lower slightly recessed, 5-bay, gabled wing to right; windows at ground, modern centre door, oriels symmetrically disposed at 1st floor.
12-pane timber sash and case, 6-pane over plate glass timber sash and case windows; multi-paned fixed windows. Red tiled roof, terracotta ridge tiles. Tall ridge stack, red tiled terracotta corniced caps.
